Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups couscous
2 1/3 cups water
1/2 cup coarsely chopped toasted slivered almonds
1/2 cup coarsely chopped toasted and skinned hazelnuts
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/3 cup dried cherries, chopped
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, if desired

How To Make:
1. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, apricots, cherries, water and gula.Didihkan over medium-high. Stir until sugar dissolves.
2. Add couscous, then remove from pan. Cover and let all the water is absorbed.
3. With fork, break the lumps in the couscous.
4. Add almonds and hazelnuts. Stir again.
5. Place the mixture into the pan. Allow to cool completely.
6. Transfer to an airtight container and store in refrigerator.
