Moroccan Chicken With Fruit And Olive Topping

Moroccan Chicken With Fruit And Olive Topping Recipe

Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
3/4 cup dried mixed fruit
1/2 cup  prechopped onion
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped pitted green olives
1 tbsp olive oil, divided
2 tsp bottled minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp  salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

How To Make:
1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a non-stick skillet, over medium-high.
2. Prepare the chicken, sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Then the entries in the pan, fry until cooked on both sides. Then remove from pan, place in a closed container, keep warm.
3. Heat remaining oil in a skillet. Add onion and saute until tender.
4. Add garlic, saute briefly, then add the fruit and remaining ingredients. Cook for 5 minutes until all liquid evaporates.
5. Serve chicken with mixed fruit.
