Ingredients:
8 ounces wide rice stick noodles (Banh Pho)
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup fresh bean sprouts
3/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
2 tbsp chopped unsalted, dry-roasted peanuts
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp bottled minced garlic
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

How To Make:
1. Noodles brewed with hot water in a closed bowl, leave until soft. Then drain.
2. In a small bowl, combine fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar and pepper.
3. Heat oil in nonstick skillet, Enter the shrimp, stir-fry cooked hinga. Remove and keep warm.
4. Add more oil in a skillet. Add the eggs and stir. Add bean sprouts, garlic and scallions.
5. Add noodles, shrimp and sauce mixture. Cook for 3 minutes.
6. Serve with sprinkled with nuts.
