Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/4 cups white sugar
2 cup boiling water
1 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cup butter, softened
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. Grease 9″ round pan.
3. In a medium bowl, mix cocoa with boiling water. Allow to cool.
4. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Set aside.
5. In a large bowl, combine sugar and butter. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one by one. Add vanilla. Whisk until well blended.
6. Slowly, add the flour mixture and cocoa mixture. Alternately.
7. Pour batter in pan, bake for 25-30 minutes.
