Olive Oil Sauternes Cake

Olive Oil Sauternes Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
5 eggs, separated, plus 2 egg whites
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Sauternes
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp combined orange, lime, and lemon zest
1/2 tsp salt

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
2. in a bowl, combine egg yolks, and 1 / 2 cup sugar. Whisk until ucat. Add Zest, then fold in epung and salt.
3. Add Sauternes and olive oil, fold.
4. In another bowl, combine egg whites and remaining sugar. Beat until stiff, then fold in egg yolk mixture.
5. Grease a baking pan with butter and cover with baking paper.
6. Pour batter in baking pan, bake for 20 minutes.
