Ingredients:
2 cups, peeled and chopped
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/3 to 1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 tbsp orange zest
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Small pinch of ground clove

How To Make:
1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
3. Remove the lid, allow a few minutes longer, until absorbed.
4. Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
