Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten
150 g butter, softened
150 g caster sugar
150 g self-raising flour, sifted
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

250 g icing sugar
200 g butter, at room temperature
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
green food colouring

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 180C degrees.
2. In a bowl, beat together butter and sugar until smooth. Then, gradually and alternately, add eggs and flour. Beat until thick. Add vanilla and milk.
3. Coat muffin tin with cupcake cases, pour the batter in muffin tins. Then bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and springy. Remove and let cool on wire rack.
4. For the frosting: In bowl, stir butter with a spatula, add the icing sugar, stirring regularly. Add vanilla and milk. Stir until smooth. Then add the green food coloring. Stir until well blended color.
5. Once the cupcakes cool, apply frosting, starting from the outside to the center, make a Christmas tree shape. Let stand for 30 minutes until the icing becomes crispy.
