Leftover Roast Beef Soup

Leftover Roast Beef Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
64 ounces beef broth
8 ounces uncooked egg noodles
1 1/2 lbs leftover cooked beef, chopped
2 medium yellow onions, cut into small wedges
2 stalks celery, chopped
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp butter or 2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste

How To Make:
1. In a saucepan, combine mushrooms, onion, celery and garlic. Add butter, and cook until onion golden.
2. Add beef, then add broth and Worcestershire. Mix well.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil.
4. Add egg noodle, reduce heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until noodles are tender.
