3/4 cup Sour Cream
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp Rice Flour
1/2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1/2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Green Chili Paste
1 tsp Ginger, minced
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds, roughly powdered
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

How To Make:
1. Except for rice flour and all purpose flour, mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, season with salt to taste.
2. Add flour into the dough, stirring by hand until smooth.
3. Roll dough on a flat surface, make a circle with a diameter of 2 inches.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry until golden batter chakli. Then lift and place on absorbent paper. Let cool at room temperature. Serve.
