Ingredients:
500 g salmon
200 g leeks chopped
100 g breadcrumbs
6 fresh curry leaves
3 boiled potatoes, cut into small pieces
2 onion chopped
2 green chilies chopped
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
Water as required

How To Make:
1. Heat oil in a skillet, add green chilies, leeks and onion. Fry until the onions brown.
2. Add salt, pepper and turmeric. Add fish, then remove from heat. Then add the potatoes, and stir well.
3. Make pastry with a mixture of flour, a pinch of turmeric, 1 egg, salt and water. By using a flat frying pan, make thin pancakes.
4. Take one pancake, add the fish mixture in the center of pancake, then roll.
5. Whisk 1 egg, dip the fish rolls completely, then roll over the bread crumbs, then fried until golden.
