Ingredients:
2 – 3 lbs arm roast or 2 -3 lbs beef shoulder
1 1/4 ounces dry onion soup mix
3 cups water
4 – 5 medium red potatoes, cubed
2 cups baby carrots

How To Make:
1. Prepare the crock-pot, put beef, soup and water. Cook for 7 hours on low.
2. 45 minutes before serving, add potatoes and carrots.
3. Then serve.
