Ingredients:
1 package of chow mein (Chinese noodles)
1 boneless and skinless chicken breast (thinly sliced)
1 carrot thinly sliced
Baby bok choy (Chinese greens)
2 clove garlic crushed
1 cup chicken stock
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp soy sauce

How To Make:
1. Cook the noodles according to package packaging. Filter.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan, add noodles, and fried until golden. Set aside
3. Heat oil in a skillet, saute garlic and ginger for a few seconds. Irisa Then add chicken and cook until no pink color. Then add the vegetables, cook until soft.
4. Add chicken broth.
5. Dissolve cornstarch with a little water, then put in a mixture of vegetables. Allow to thicken, then add soy sauce.
6. Arrange noodles on a plate, spoon some sauce, place the vegetables and chicken over noodles. Serve.
