Pork Chop With Dijon Sauce

Pork Chop With Dijon Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
4 center-cut rib or loin pork chops, boneless or bone-in
1 cup dry white wine
3/4 cup chicken stock
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chopped shallots or green onions
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt

How To Make:
1. Dry the pork with paper towels. Sprinkle with pepper and salt on both sides.
2. Heat a wok over high heat, add olive oil. Add butter, stirring until melted. Then enter your pork, grilled until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside for a moment.
3. Add green onions into the skillet, add 1 / 2 cup wine, bring to a boil. Add broth, then reinsert the pork to the pan.
4. Reduce the heat, cover, and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
5. Lift the pork, place it in a dish, keep warm.
6. Increase heat, add heavy cream. Bring to a boil.
7. Then lift it from the flame, add the Dijon mustard and parsley, stir together.
8. Pour sauce over pork and serve.
