Ingredients:
1 egg
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
2. In a microwave bowl, combine chocolate chips and butter. Melt in microwave.
3. In a small bowl, beat eggs together with sugar. Then add the vanilla, stir well, then add chocolate mixture.
4. Gradually, add flour, stir well, then add pecans.
5. Pour the batter into the muffin cups, up to 3 / 4 full. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.
