Salsa Fresca Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups chopped ripe tomatoes
1 cup chopped Vidalia onions
1 cup chopped green Bell pepper
1 jalapeno, finely diced
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp salt
Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

How To Make:
1. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, lime juice, jalapeno, peppers and salt. Stir well to combine. Chill in refrigerator, for 8 hours.
2. Remove from refrigerator, and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature before serving.
