Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 cup cold cooked rice
1 cup all-purpose flour (or as required)
6 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1/2 tsp salt
Oil for deep frying
Confectioners sugar for topping

How To Make:
1. In a bowl, combine eggs and sugar. Whisk together in a high speed, until soft.
2. Add vanilla, baking powder, rice, nutmeg, lemon and salt. Whisk together on low speed, until combined well.
3. Gradually add the flour.
4. Heat oil in a skillet. Using two spoons, take the dough and form of such. Fry until golden.
5. Serve, sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
