2 cups of steamed rice
1/2 – 3/4 cup of cooked peas
1/4 – 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
1 can of tomato sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 red pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp peanut oil
2 tbsp Goya© Sofrito (frozen kind)

How To Make:
1. Heat a dutch oven over medium-high.
2. Add peanut oil, heat.
3. Add red pepper, onion and sofrito. Cook until onion transparent.
4. Add the garlic, add tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add rice and stir well. Add peas. Stir, then remove from heat. Add cilantro and serve
