Ingredients:
12 eggs
12 slices thin ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
2. Prepare muffin tin or cupcake tin.
3. Place 1 slice of ham in each muffin tin, press.
4. Add egg on top of ham cup, then season with salt and pepper.
5. Sprinkle the red and green pepper over the egg.
6. Bake for 10 minutes. After that, remove from oven, and sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven, and bake for 50-10 minutes, until cooked eggs.
7. Serve.
