Ingredients:
8 egg yolks
4 English Muffin Bread, Brioche, or multi-grain bread
8 ounces Fontina cheese, Swiss cheese, or Gruyere cheese, sliced thinly
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese
1 to 2 tbsp Truffle Oil
Asparagus spears, cooked and sliced

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 450F degrees.
2. Spray baking sheet with olive oil.
3. Create an indentation in the bread, enough to accommodate 2 egg yolks. Arrange bread on baking sheet. Fill 2 egg yolks in a curve, make sure that does not leak.
4. Bake in oven for 12 minutes. In the last 2 minutes, add grated parmesan cheese over bread. After that, remove from oven, place on serving plates.
5. Serve with salt, pepper and oil truffle. Sprinkle the sliced asparagus around.
