Ingredients:
12 mushrooms caps
1 chopped fresh Roma tomato
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms stems
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Minced garlic
Olive oil

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
2. Grilled mushrooms caps, with the smooth side up, for 5 minutes.
3. Heat pan, add olive oil. Saute mushroom stems with garlic, until soft. Then lift from the fitting, and stir together with bread crumbs, roma tomato and feta cheese.
4. Fill caps with mushroom mixture, then bake for 8-10 minutes.
