Ingredients:
2 to 3 small baby portebello mushrooms, sliced
2 slices yellow onion
2 cups fresh spinach
1/3 cup cooked venison sausage
1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
a pinch of salt

How To Make:
1. Melt the butter in a skillet, over medium heat.
2. Add onion and mushrooms, cook until soft and brown.
3. Add spinach on top, season with salt and pepper.
4. Add sausage on top of spinach. Cook until the spinach wilted, for 4-6 minutes.
5. Toss together, then lift from skillet, and
serve hot.
