Ingredients:
6 ounces tortilla chips
1/2 pound cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped
1 cup lower-sodium salsa
1 cupĀ reduced-fat shredded pepper-Jack cheese
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
2 scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced
1 small sweet red pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced

How To Make:
1. Place half of tortillas on a plate heat resistant. Add half the salsa, then add in layers, half of: shrimp, beans, cheese, red pepper and Scallions.
2. Enter it in the microwave, the process on High, for 2 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
3. Repeat for remaining ingredients.
