Chicken Paprikash Recipe

Ingredients:
2 large onions, chopped
1 roasting chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup stewed tomatoes, sliced into chunks
1/4 cup melted chicken fat
2 tbsp sweet paprika
1 tsp tomato paste
Water
Salt

How To Make:
1. Heat a wok, add the melted chicken fat, then add onion, saute a few moments.
2. Add chicken and sweet peppers, then add salt. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add green bell pepper, tomatoes and tomato paste. Add water, then cover and cook over low heat for 50 minutes.
4. Season to taste.
5. Serve.
