Ingredients:
2 blocks sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
1 package elbow macaroni
2 lb sliced bacon, diced
2 cups milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp onion salt
ground black pepper

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
2. Grease the bottom of the heat-resistant dish.
3. In a hot skillet, fry bacon until crisp.
4. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain
5. Heat a saucepan, melt butter, then add flour and onion salt, and also pepper. Stir until smooth.
6. Gradually, add milk and stir until no lumps.
7. Add grated cheese, stirring until thickened.
8. Add macaroni into the milk mixture, then add bacon and stir well. Pour in dish, add the breadcrumbs and melted butter, then bake in oven for 25 minutes.
9. Serve.
