Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb fish fillets, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 large garlic cloves, chopped
8 oz of clam juice or shellfish stock
1 cup of fresh chopped tomato
1 cup of chopped onions
2/3 cup dry white wine
2/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp of tomato paste.
Touch of dry oregano, Tabasco, thyme, pepper
Salt

How To Make:
1. Heat olive oil in Dutch oven, over medium-high. Add onion and garlic, saute until aromatic. Add parsley, add tomatoes and tomato paste, leave for 2 minutes.
2. Add fish, clam juce, and dry white wine. Simmer until cooked fish. Season to taste, then let the moment.
3. Serve.
