Dry Ingredients:
2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
3 eggs
3 small ripe bananas, mashed
2/3 cup canola oil or melted unsalted butter
2/3 cup buttermilk

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. basting muffin tins with oil.
3. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
4. In another bowl, combine all wet ingredients, beat until well blended. Then pour into the dry mixture.
5. Using a rubber spatula, stir the mixture until well blended.
6. Pour in muffin molds, up to 3/4. Then bake in oven for 20 minutes, until light golden.
