Ingredients:
2 lb ground lamb meat, leaned
8 green chilies, roughly chopped
1 large egg
1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
3 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp ground almond
1 tbsp cream
2 tbsp raw papaya paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp roasted ground cumin
1/2 tsp roasted ground coriander
1/4 tsp turmeric powder

How To Make:
1. In a bowl, combine meat with all ingredients. Cover bowl and leave in refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
3. Rub hands with oil, making a kebab, lengthwise. Place in a baking dish that has been coated with aluminum foil.
4. Roast the kebabs for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, brush kebabs with oil, turn and let it cooked on both sides.
