Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cups whole milk
1-1/4 cups sifted flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla

How To Make:
1. In a bowl, combina the oats and milk, let stand for 5 minutes. Add eggs, vanilla and oil. Stir together.
2. Sift flour together with baking powder. Then add the egg mixture. Add sugar and salt, stirring until well blended.
3. Heat a pancake griddle, pour batter and wait until bubbled. Cook until both sides become golden brown.
