4-6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
150 g raisins
150 g ground almonds
400 ml water
300 ml stained milk
4 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
Ground cinnamon, to serve
How To Make:
1. In a saucepan, put apples and raisins, add water. Cover, simmer until tender. Drain, then mash in the pan.
2. With a food processor, blend the almonds with boiling water, until soft. Let stand for 10 minutes, then strain. Add to the pan.
3. Add milk into a saucepan, add sugar and ginger. Bring to a boil. Then add flour, cook until liquid thickens.
4. Serve warm, sprinkle with cinnamon.
