Sweet potatoes, peeled and made into fry cuts
mild tasting cooking oil
fresh ground pepper or your favorite chili powder

How To Make:
1. Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
2. Place the sweet potato into a microwave safe bowl. Add a few tablespoons of water.
3. Microwave for 5 minutes until soft. Drain, then Drizzle oil until coated well, and season with salt and pepper.
4. Bake in oven for 25 minutes. Serve.
