Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 egg, beaten
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup milk
2 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp accent salt
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp baking powder
oil for deep frying
Ingredients For Mashed Potato :
8 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 bag shredded Colby Jack Cheese
2 cans beef gravy, heated
2 cups corn, heated
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp salt
ground black pepper to taste

How To Make:
1. In a bowl, mix eggs and milk.
2. Except for the chicken, mix all coating ingredients into another bowl, stir well.
3. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then dip into coating mixture. Then deep fry with much oil, in high heat, until cooked and browned. Drain on paper towels.
4. Meanwhile, boil the potato in salted water until tender. After that, place it in a bowl, then add pepper, butter, and milk. Mash until smooth.
5. To serve: add mashed potatoes in serving dish, top with corn, then add the chicken, gravy and cheese.
