Ingredients:
8 beef hot dogs, preferably with natural casings
4 sandwich buns
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
2 medium green peppers, sliced into strips
1 large yellow or white onion, sliced into strips
1 tsp Italian seasoning, or a mixture of oregano, basil and rosemary
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt
Mustard

How To Make:
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Put the potatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes without touching them. Then flipping them, and sprinkle salt over the potatoes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same frying pan, add the peppers and onions. Cook for 2-3 minutes withou touching them. Sprinkle with salt, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Add Italian seasoning, then add the potatoes. Stir well to combine and cook for 8-10 minutes.
4. Heat another frying pan to cook the hot dogs. Just grill for a while.
5. Spread the mustard on both sides of the sandwich roll. Add two hot dogs, then top with the potato mixture. Add peppers and onions. Serve.
