Ingredients:
1 bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), thawed
1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/3 cups French fried onions
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

How To Make:
1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Stir the soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables, 2/3 cup onions and 1/4 cup cheese in a 2-quart casserole. Cover the casserole.
3. Bake for 40 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Stir the vegetable mixture. Top with the remaining onions and cheese.
4. Bake again for 5 mnts or until the cheese is melted.
