Ingredients:
1/2 pound sausage, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 small cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
How To Make:
1. Brown sausage and onion together in a heavy saucepan over medium heat until the onions are tender.
2. Add in cabbage and stir-fry over low heat until cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce, cook another minute.
4. Serve with rice or oven-roasted red potatoes.
